Victory Tire and Auto Acquires Second Store in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, Area

Victory Tire & Auto has acquired Jack’s Auto Service, a longstanding automotive repair shop in Northeast Minnesota, marking its 20th location and second in the Grand Rapids area.

Victory Tire and Auto has acquired Jack’s Auto Service, an automotive repair facility in Northeast Minnesota, according to a press release.

Founded in 1987, Jack’s Auto Service operates out of a six-bay facility, led by long-time owner Keith Still.

The acquisition marks Victory’s 20th location, as well as its second shop in the Grand Rapids market.

“The time has come to pass on Jack’s legacy to a great organization who shares my passion for helping people,” said Still. “Victory Tire & Auto will continue to care for our customers with the same commitment to quality we’ve upheld since 1987. I’m confident in their ability to support my awesome team and our amazing customers.”
