J.D. Power Ranks Christian Brothers Automotive Highest in Customer Satisfaction
Christian Brothers Automotive was ranked #1 in customer satisfaction for the fifth consecutive time in J.D. Power’s 2024 U.S. Aftermarket Service Index (ASI) Study, according to a press release.
As part of the survey, aftermarket service facilities are evaluated based on responses from over 10,000 vehicle owners, as well as their performance in three categories: full-service maintenance and repair, quick oil change, and tire replacement.
Additionally, each of those three categories are graded based on factors that include ease of scheduling, fair prices, service advisor courtesy and performance, the facility itself, timeliness, and quality of work.
This year’s ASI Study found Christian Brothers Automotive with the highest score in customer satisfaction: 825 out of 1,000. The company also scored the highest in ease of scheduling, service advisor performance and courtesy, and their facilities.
