Transformers Institute has announced the acquisition of Spark Interactive, an automotive aftermarket video production and marketing agency. This strategic move positions Transformers to grow its reach and appeal to industry audiences.
Patrick Egan, founder and CEO of Spark Interactive, will join Transformers as the company’s vice president of marketing and creative director of its marketing division.
The acquisition of Spark will enable Transformers to offer comprehensive video production and marketing services to its clients, helping them to promote their businesses and reach their target audience more effectively.
