The Ratchet+Wrench Management Conference wrapped on Oct. 10 after three days of education, entertainment, and enrichment.

The event, which was hosted at the Renaissance Glendale Hotel and Conference Center, hosted more than 40 speakers who addressed topics from marketing to bay flow to hiring the right team and encouraged shop owners to empower team members and take care of their people first.

While Keynote Speaker Kinja Dixon focused on the Four Pillars of Success and re-creating your journey to be the person you're destined to be, David Suk Brown encouraged attendees to use their voice to invoke change and positivity.

Meanwhile, the Ratchet+Wrench team worked to provide connections with industry leaders and vendors while taking in the courtyard atmosphere and the trade show floor where a mechanical bull, oversized horseshoes and a violin player vibed to the boot-stomping, cowboy-hat wearing ambiance of the event.

For those who had an opportunity to attend, here's to hoping you had moments to reminisce with old friends and create new ones. For those who missed it, here's a look at the highlight reel. And here's to hoping we see you at the next event!
