Shop-Ware Launches New Offering

The new features allow a shop to use the platform throughout every step of the repair process. 

Feb. 15, 2022—Shop-Ware has announced the release of several enhancements and feature additions, according to a press release.

The shop management system has launched DVX (digital vehicle experience), which will allow shop’s to use the platform for every step in the repair journey, from initial conversation to inspection, work order and invoice. 

“DVX takes the value proposition to a whole new level with an immersive communication and buying experience that customers have learned to expect with other mainstream services (banking, online shopping, air travel, and countless others),” Shop-Ware CEO Carolyn Coquillette said in a statement.

Among the new features are one click approvals and a messenger platform for customer communication.
