17 Independent Retailers Form UNITED Tire & Service

April 23, 2014—Seventeen independent tire and service stores in the Delaware Valley have joined together to launch UNITED Tire & Service, the company announced on Tuesday.
The company said that by joining forces, the facilities will be able to offer the consumer the most competitive pricing and compete against big box retailers and national tire dealers.
UNITED said the platform provides the independent dealers with a brand identity and the buying power to become leaders in the marketplace.
It is estimated that six new independent shops will join the group by the end of 2014.
