While this was not the first time for Callahan, who had already interacted Earvin “Magic” Johnson in a prior edition, her personality and stage presence matched perfectly with that of Andrews.
The pair shared their personal experiences as prominent women in male-dominated industries, including how they got their start and the path that has led them to where they are today.
Andrews showcased why she’s the successful TV personality that is, and the interaction between her and Callahan was bright and uplifting, with many strikes of humor.
Following Callahan’s interview, Andrews moderated a panel of industry experts composed by: Ashlee Arnold, VP of Arnold Oil Company; Brad Beckham, CEO of O’Reilly Auto Parts; Randy Breaux, Group President of GPC North America; Phil Daniele, President and CEO of AutoZone; and Shane O’Kelly, President and CEO of Advance Auto Parts.
The panel shared with a fully packed Palazzo Ballroom their ideas on the most important industry topics, while enthusiastically encouraging all participants to engage in supporting Right to Repair legislation locally.
Andrews also asked the panel about the state of change in the industry, and the prominence of AI-driven tools as the basis for offering better service to customers, and running more efficient auto shops.
