KUKUI has announced Eric Harber as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), according to a press release.
Harber brings more than 25 years of experience in working with global software companies, having served as an operating partner for Diversis Capital where he acted as an adviser to CEOs, founders and boards of directors. Prior to his time at Diversis Capital, Harber was the CEO of Flowroute Inc, a SaaS software business.
Lorie Sharp has served as CEO for the past three years and has been thanked by the board of directors for her leadership. KUKUI hopes that Harber’s addition will help with its goal of investing in new technologies.
“As an experienced SaaS software leader, I am honored to join KUKUI as CEO and am excited to build on the company's leadership in the automotive aftermarket by providing repair shops with integrated and automated marketing, CRM, and analytics,” said Harber.
