March 1, 2023–Snap-on will be holding weekly training sessions online for technicians to become more familiar with “their Fast-Track Intelligent Diagnostics tools,” according to a press release.
There will be classes going over the ZEUS on Wednesday evenings, with classes for TRITON and APOLLO on Thursday evenings.
The classes will be taught by Keith Wray, national training manager for Snap-on Diagnostics. Wray has over 45 years of experience in the automotive industry, starting as an automotive machinist and “working his way up” to a service manager position at an OEM dealership.
Snap-on will also be holding “industry topics training” on Tuesdays, held by National Sales Trainer Jason Gabrenas.
Gabrenas will go over topics such as “information systems navigation, secure vehicle gateway systems, immobilizer systems operation and next level lab scope.” There are two timeslots each week available to all technicians.
