Nov. 25, 2020—Information provider Tekmetric will soon be launching Tekmessage, a two-way texting feature, according to a press release.
With the feature, which will be available to users by November 30, potential customers will be able to find auto repair shops online through sites like Google and text shops directly. The conversations will show up on a customer's phone as a regular text message thread.
“We wanted to make customer communication as easy as possible so auto repair shops can spend more time on big picture things like enhancing their processes and boosting revenue," said Prasanth Chilukuri, co-founder and CFO of Tekmetric in the release.
