Sept. 13, 2022—The 2022 AWDA Aftermarket Challenge benefiting the University of the Aftermarket Foundation is currently in progress.
According to a press release, this annual campaign raises money for scholarships and programs aimed at strengthening the aftermarket through education. Last year, the AWDA Aftermarket Challenge was able to award 461 scholarships for the 2022-2023 school year, totaling $731,350.
This wouldn't have been possible without the support of a vast network of of organizations that helped UAF and its collaborating partners. A full list of these organizations can be found here.
“We thank these fine organizations who took part last year and invite all industry members to support the 2022 AWDA Aftermarket Challenge,” said Bob Egan, MAAP, chairman, University of the Aftermarket Foundation via the press release. “The future of the aftermarket depends on the next generation of automotive professionals, and that makes our mission of funding scholarships and educational programs very important. Together we can make a real difference.”
