June 16, 2022—Fisher Auto Parts announced the acquisition of LaCava & Sowersby Auto Parts, which will be officially executed at the end of June, the companies announced in a press release.
LaCava & Sowersby Auto Parts, a family-owned supply company, has a 37-year history in the auto parts industry.
Fisher Auto Parts, a founding member of Federated Auto Parts Distributors, has approximately 500 company-owned locations plus over 100 independent jobbers in 18 states.
