Beep will be launching electric, autonomous shuttles in Yellowstone National Park for an alternative viewing experience.
Oct. 29, 2020—Beep, an autonomous mobility service, announced yesterday that it will deploy autonomous shuttles at Yellowstone National Park with the National Park Service.
According to a press release, the pilot program will test multi-passenger, electric automated vehicle platforms to provide an alternative eco-friendly transportation option for those exploring Yellowstone.
“It’s an honor to be the first in the country to provide autonomous shuttles to the NPS and its visitors," says Beep CEO, Joe Moye. "This demonstration will help assess how emerging technologies can enhance the visitor experience while making the roads safer and less congested for everyone."
