Nov. 25, 2013—Streetline Inc., a maker of sensor-based, vehicle-parking technology, won the Best Platform and Best Mobile Application awards at the GP Bullhound Connect conference in London on Saturday.
The event, organized by technology investment bank GP Bullhound, celebrated innovation and the evolution of technology that is changing the automotive industry.
Streetline’s app, Parker, uses sensors embedded into the placement of parking spaces to detect the presence of a vehicle and relays occupancy information to the user’s device, letting them know where a parking space is available.

The event also included discussion panels featuring companies such as Google, Drayson Racing, Spotify, Softkinetic, Neonode and BlaBlaCar. GP Bullhound also release_notesd its research report at the event, “A seat at the cutting edge of Innovation in the Automotive sector.”
