Technician Find Releases ‘Shop Owner’s AI Toolbox’ to Streamline Recruitment Process
Technician Find has launched a tool to help shop owners streamline the process of recruiting staff members, as announced in a recent press release.
Available to members of the Technician Find Skool Community, the Shop Owner’s AI Toolbox was launched just this past week, and provides resources for identifying and hiring talent.
One of the ways the new tool utilizes AI is through the creation of custom prompts for job listings, as well as fill-in-the-blank templates for pre-written job ads, notices, and other communications.
Live expert coaching on how to integrate AI with hiring processes also comes with the AI Toolbox, with guidance from experts including Technician Find Founder Christopher T. Lawson. Users are also provided access to a community of shop owners looking to gain recruitment strategies.
