PHINIA Appoints General Manager of North American Aftermarket

Russell Stebbins will oversee the company’s North American aftermarket team.

PHINIA has named the new general manager of its North American aftermarket business as Russell Stebbins in a recent press release.

Bringing over 30 years of experience in the global auto industry, Stebbins has worked for suppliers including TRW, Lumileds (Phillips), Akebono, and most recently Sensata Technologies, where he served as both general manager of the global auto aftermarket business and senior director for the global aftermarket business unit.

In his new role with PHINIA, Stebbins will oversee the company’s North American aftermarket team and will work towards expanding its offerings to independent aftermarket and original equipment supplier customers.

“Russell has a proven track record for increasing revenue and executing growth strategies for OE, OES and independent aftermarket companies,” said Neil Fryer, VP and General Manager of PHINIA’s global aftermarket business. “With his extensive career background, he has the know-how to excel in this role through sales, category management, marketing, remanufacturing, and more.”
