Auto Shop Callbacks is relocating its national headquarters to Missouri City, Texas, according to a recent press release.

With the move, the company has outlined plans to hone in on two areas: callbacks and pre-book services. 

Auto Shop Callbacks will be implementing next-day satisfaction callbacks to ensure customers experience quick response times to any queries they may have, and the introduction of PreBook callbacks will provide customers with reminders for routine maintenance services.

Additionally, the company will now be offering service appointments seven days a week.
