Mar. 18, 2022—Elite Worldwide announced the launch of its first industry event, the Elite Invitational, which focuses on guiding shop owners through the customer journey.
The two-day event, held in San Diego, Ca., will show shop owners how to identify, market to, retain, and energize their ideal customers.
“This event is going to be unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. The Elite Invitational is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to truly get inside the minds of your customers, and learn about The Customer Experience from the top people in the industry, as well as some of the nation’s best contributors in marketing and customer service,” Bob Cooper, President of Elite said in a press release.
Speakers include Joe Marconi, Kevin Vaught, and Darrin Barney and others. Bob Cooper will moderate a customer panel. A networking dinner cruise to meet fellow shop owners is also included.
It has also been announced that Mitchell 1, an auto repair software provider, will be the primary sponsor of this event, which will run from June 2 to June 3, 2022.
