The latest stores have been acquired from R.A Johnson Inc., according to Modern Tire Dealer, and included retail outlets under the name "Rick Johnson Auto & Tire." The stores will be renamed to "Tire Choice," Modern Tire Dealer reports.
According to Modern Tire Deal, the company anticipates to close a deal on Louisiana this quarter. The company told Modern Tire Dealer that a deal has been signed to purchase 12 retail tire and automotive repair stores, totaling an additional $15 million in annualized sales, divvying out a mix of 65 percent sales and 35 percent tires.
