Sept. 14, 2016—Organizers of AAPEX announced Tuesday that the 2016 AAPEXedu program will include an all-new connected car opportunities education track.
Session topics include “What the Aftermarket Needs to Know about Connected Vehicles”; “Who Owns Your Car: The Impact of Embedded Software and Copyright Law on the Aftermarket Parts and Service Industry”; and “Self-Driving Cars: Car Sharing and new Users to Increase Vehicle Usage and Mileage.”
The new education track is one of six in the 2016 AAPEXedu program. Additional tracks include marketing, branding and customer relationships, sales and purchasing, industry trends, a service professionals program and young professionals program.
