Repair Shop Growth Systems Live, an upcoming event in New Jersey, is planning to help shop owners with both recruiting and retaining talent on their team.
The three-day event will take place May 31 through June 2 in Mt. Arlington, New Jersey, according to a press release, and will feature networking opportunities and experienced shop owners sharing their insights. Its website describes it as a “Ted Lasso-style event.”
Each day will focus on a different area, beginning with “attract:” attendees will learn ways they can market their shop–not only to customers, but to potential talent.
The second day’s theme, “grow,” will focus on developing the talent you recruit and empowering them to reach their full potential.
Finally, the event will cap off with “retain,” exploring how to hold onto valuable team members and avoid losing them to other businesses.
Hosted at the world headquarters of Guttman Development Strategies, Repair Shop Growth Systems Live will also feature activities including shop visits, skydiving, and boat rides.
