General Motors awarded Schaeffler as the Top Global Supplier of 2023 at a recent event, according to a press release.
The award was presented at GM’s Supplier of the Year event in Miami, Florida, where Schaeffler was designated as a Top Global Supplier by the company for a fourth time.
GM evaluates recipients of the award based on how closely they align with the company’s values, which GM outlined as prioritizing the customer in supply chain decisions, safety, inclusion, relationships, sustainability, innovation, execution, resilience, and profitability.
“We’re honored to partner with these top suppliers who have made notable contributions to our transformation,” stated Jeff Morrison, vice president of global purchasing and supply chain for General Motors. “Together, we’re pushing boundaries, pioneering new technologies and redefining what’s possible.”
