Jan. 8, 2014—The Car Care Council announced Monday the start of “Maintenance Mondays,” an Instagram-based weekly campaign to provide drivers with visual information about vehicle maintenance and repair.
“It’s our New Year’s resolution to help consumers better understand car maintenance, and these days it is best done in images and videos,” said Rich White, executive director of the Car Care Council.
With its new Instagram account, the Council will share image and video tips for maintenance every Monday, and will also share them on its other social media channels.
Videos will range from simple do-it-yourself videos and preventative maintenance tips, to information on choosing an automotive professional when needed.
