Dec. 4, 2013—Federated Auto Parts announced Wednesday that it is now accepting nominations for its 2014 Federated Shop of the Year award.
Nominated shops will be evaluated on the criteria (superior service, satisfied customers, etc.) found on the Shop of the Year nomination form. Winners are awarded a three-night trip to Phoenix as Federated’s guest at the 2014 Federated National Meeting, as well as special recognition during the awards banquet.
Shops can be self-nominated or nominated by others.
A number of shops enter each year, and Federated senior vice president Phil Moore said it’s tough to choose a winner each time.
“Choosing only one shop is a real challenge since there are so many highly qualified shops around the country,” said Moore.
Last year’s winner was Weathers Motors Inc. of Media-Lima, Pa.
