Pep Boys stores in Puerto Rico will resume operations on a limited basis to provide essential parts and/or automotive repair and maintenance services during the lockdown.
April 22, 2020—Pep Boys will reopen 11 Puerto Rico locations on select days in response to the government order allowing certain businesses to resume operations, according to a press release.
On Sunday, Puerto Rico Gov. Wanda Vázquez ordered a curfew and the closure of all business and nonessential government offices, except for gas stations and those dealing in food, health, or finance, that started at 6 p.m., according to a report from AP News.
As an essential business, the stores will begin reopening this week to service essential personnel only, according to the Pep Boys release. Nine of the 11 locations will offer both automotive parts and service, while the other two locations will offer parts only.
The locations below will be open today and tomorrow from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.:
