Feb. 6, 2019—Meineke Car Care Center plans to open at least six shops in the Columbus, Ohio., according to a report by The Columbus Dispatch. The publication reports that as many as eight could rise in the Ohio community, doubling the Meineke's footprint in the area.
The move is part of Driven Brands' plan to create a double system-wide sales in the next five years, Devin Hughes, director of franchise sales for Meineke Car Care Centers said to The Columbus Dispatch.
“We’ve identified areas we’d like to look at, that already have successful units and are also areas for growth in general,” Hughes said to The Columbus Dispatch. “Columbus is one of them.”
The company is looking for franchisees for the planned shops, The Columbus Dispatch reports, with an initial investment ranging from $250,000 to $350,000.
“We help our franchisees from A to Z and also have virtual franchise coaches,” Hughes said to The Columbus Dispatch.
