Jan. 21, 2014—The Tire Industry Association (TIA) on Tuesday announced it will host a free webinar in February focused on how websites can help win new business.
Ross McArthur, director of sales and business development for Net Driven, will discuss how the process for buying tires has changed for consumers. He will teach participants about the elements of a high-performing website, and how it can help businesses generate new customers and retain current business.
The webinar, "The Traditional Buying Process Turns Digital: Are You Keeping Up with the Changes?,” will take place Feb. 12 at 2 p.m. EST.
"Consumers’ buying habits have changed over the years, and it is critical for dealers to understand the importance of their business' online presence," said Roy Littlefield, executive vice president of the TIA.
