Nov. 22, 2016—On Tuesday, Volkswagen outlined a plan to once again become a major player in the U.S. automotive market after its emissions scandal, according to a report by USA Today.
The plan includes two stages and will involve focusing on key segments, including large SUVs and limousines, and bringing electric cars to North America, according to the report.
