March 21, 2013—OEConnection, a provider of parts e-commerce technology for OEM distribution networks, has been named one of Ohio’s best employers.
This is the sixth time OEConnection has earned the Best Employers in Ohio award since the Ohio Society of Human Resource Management State Council launched the recognition program in 2006.
To be considered for the Best Employers honor, OEConnection completed a two-part process that included submission of information about company policies, practices, benefits, philosophy, systems and demographics.
The second part of the process was an online survey in which OEConnection associates rated the company’s leadership, communications, compensation and benefits, environment and community focus.
