Advance Auto Parts Rebrands eServices Product Portfolio to MOTOSHOP

Oct. 25, 2013—Advance Auto Parts announced Thursday it has rebranded the company’s eServices product portfolio, which will now be known as MOTOSHOP Technology Tools.

The program includes MotoLOGIC Repair & Diagnostics, MotoREV Shop Marketing, MotoSKILL Shop Tech Training and the soon-to-launch MotoSHOP Shop Management System.

“Providing reliable and easy-to-use services is a major focus of how Advance seeks to partner above and beyond with our customers,” said Walter Scott, vice president of eCommerce and eServices for Advance Auto Parts. “The services available from MOTOSHOP Technology Tools will help a shop serve their customers better and manage their shop more efficiently, whether that’s through access to more comprehensive diagnostic information, the latest in interactive training platforms or a guaranteed shop marketing program.”

The tools in MOTOSHOP help repair shops connect with more customers, complete jobs faster by providing the latest repair information, give shop owners access to the latest training and help shops with everyday operations such as invoicing and quoting.
