AutoVitals Launches Video Library to Educate Customers
April 10, 2013
April 10, 2013—AutoVitals announced today the release_notes of its AutoVitals TV Service Recommendation Library.
The video series is designed to educate drivers on specific repair topics by answering three questions: What is this service about? Why should I have this work done? What if I don’t do it now?
The company claims that consumers are more likely to watch a short video about a topic that interests them, rather than read about it, citing that 105 million Americans watch online videos each day, up 43 percent from 2010.
By capitalizing on the popularity of video and the increasing prevalence of smart phones, the company intends to help shop owners provide their customers with a brief educational experience on a specific repair.
Subscriptions to the video library start at $45 a month.
