The KUKUI Text Connect Platform lets shops send campaign-based text messages to opt-in customers with special offers, announcements, or other messages. This helps increase customer engagement and retention, as well as maintain relevance for the shop. No matter what the reason is, KUKUI makes communicating with your customers easy and efficient.

KUKUI shops can also use the Text Connect Platform to set up ongoing text campaigns based on a variety of criteria/triggers. You can use any of the preloaded default campaigns or customize your own campaign to get your message in front of the right customers. Once a campaign is set up, texts are automatically sent to customers matching your criteria.

The Text Connect Platform also uses automated texting to generate more reviews for your shop on Google, Facebook, and your website. The KUKUI Reviews Module detects when a customer has concluded a repair, and automatically sends them a text message to leave feedback for your shop.
You can even use the KUKUI Text Connect Platform to easily communicate with customers and prospects directly through your KUKUI website. Using the KUKUI Control Panel or a mobile app, you can manage incoming web chats to answer questions and help book appointments. This particular feature is available as part of the Text Connect Platform or as a stand-alone product to clients with a KUKUI website.
