Steer and Pit Crew Loyalty Expand Integration of Integrated Customer Rewards System
Loyalty and rewards platform Pit Crew Loyalty is expanding its integration with CRM solution Steer, according to a press release.
Though Pit Crew Loyalty has already worked with Steer’s online scheduling tool AutoOps, it will now offer new features while syncing information across Steer, AutoOps, and Pit Crew Loyalty’s different platforms.
Customer reward balances will now be seen in the online scheduling experience whenever a customer books an appointment through a shop’s website or Google Business page, and can be automatically included with appointment confirmations, deferred service reminders, and promotional outreach campaigns. By filtering customers through Steer based on reward balances, shops can now also create personalized email and text campaigns for customers.
Additionally, reward balances can now be displayed on Steer’s exclusive Vehicle Profile Page alongside each customer’s maintenance roadmap.
