Bosch Auto Service Enters 15-Shop Agreement for Exclusive Rights to the State of Oklahoma

Bosch Automotive Workshop Services LLC has entered a Development Rights Agreement with Larry Battison, co-founder of Global Dealer Services, to franchise 15 Bosch Auto Service locations in Oklahoma, according to a press release.

With all the stores set to open over the next 15 years, the first will launch in Q4 2025. It will also be the first in the Bosch Auto Service Ambassador program, which will provide premium benefits beyond the existing Bosch Auto Service Franchise workshop, such as branding, tools, training, and marketing support.

Each of the stores will be equipped with access to shop management and customer relationship management software, a vehicle alignment machine, an ADAS machine for calibration and servicing, and high voltage service bays to support EVs.

Serving as the current dealer principal at Battison Honda Dealership, Battison sought out a collaboration with Bosch due to a rising demand for aftermarket service.

As part of the Development Rights Agreement, Battison and his team will be the only franchisee authorized to open Bosch Auto Service stores in the state of Oklahoma for the duration of the agreement. Battison is open to working with other qualified franchisees on development rights in other regions as well.
