Registration is now open for the Women in Auto Care Leadership Conference this coming February, according to a press release.

Taking place Feb. 18-20, 2025, in Atlanta at the Starling, a Curio Collection by Hilton, this next year’s conference theme will be “Navigating the Road Ahead.”

Claudia St. John, founder and CEO of The Workplace Advisors, will be featured as this year’s keynote speaker. A Senior Professional in HR, SHRM Senior Certified Professional, Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst, and a best-selling author, St. John offers insight into talent acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Other activities hosted at the conference will include a networking dinner, an Open Spaces session, Lightning Talks on navigating hybrid and remote workspaces and career changes, and panels such as Customer Success and How the Entire Aftermarket Ecosystem Can Help Independent Shops Stay Competitive.

Feb. 19 will see WiAC’s annual fundraising event, benefiting its scholarship program that awards cash and tools to young women in the auto industry each year.

Being accredited by Northwood University since 2012, attendees will also be eligible to receive continuing education unit credits toward Automotive Aftermarket Professional or Master Automotive Aftermarket Professional designations for participating in the conference.

“Here, we will educate all automotive professionals from those in manufacturing to the shop by focusing on industry driven insights like consumer trends and evolving vehicle technology,” said Women in Auto Care Chair Elle Lawhead. “We look forward to continuing to find ways to support those seeking an automotive path through scholarship, and this year our live auction and gala will include even more ways to support future and current students.”
