AASP of Pennsylvania to Merge With Mid-Atlantic Auto Care Alliance
With the dissolution of the Alliance of Automotive Service Providers of Pennsylvania, the group will continue its efforts through the Mid-Atlantic Auto Care Alliance, according to a press release.
The announcement marks a reunion of the two organizations following over a decade of operating separately.
AASP-PA will officially dissolve as of Dec. 31, 2024. All AASP-PA members may continue their engagement through MAACA beginning Jan. 1, 2025, with registration priced at $430 through all of 2025 for former AASP-PA members.
Incoming members from AASP-PA will be offered all the benefits of the MAACA network, with the organization to have programs divided between mechanical, collision, and towing.
MAACA has plans to expand to additional chapters in Pennsylvania in the future, as well as Maryland, New Jersey, and Delaware.
“Our industry is evolving quickly, and we must remain unified and proactive,” said AASP-PA President Bret Fadely. “This collaboration will allow us to do that effectively while strengthening our voice at the legislative level.”
