Young Auto Care Network Group Launches 2025 Mentorship Program
The Young Auto Care Network Group is officially launching its 2025 YANG Mentorship Program, according to a recent press release.
Now entering its third year, the program hosts multiple small groups, each containing one mentor and five mentees, who meet throughout the year to provide mentees with YANG’s three pillars of networking, professional development, and giving back, all in one format. Free to anyone under the age of 40, the program has averaged 75 mentee and 14 volunteer mentor participants.
Registration for the 2025 YANG Mentorship Program will end on Nov. 30, after which groups will be assigned to mentors before attending the YANG Mentorship Program Kick-Off Meeting in January.
Each mentee will rank industry topics by their preference—such as advancing your career, entrepreneurism, or entering the aftermarket— to form mentorship circles that will meet once per quarter for all of 2025.
More information about the program is available on the Auto Care Association website, or by contacting YANG Community Engagement Manager Mary Ieng.
