Three Hunter Engineering Products Earn PTEN People’s Choice Award
Three of Hunter Engineering’s products have earned a 2024 PTEN People’s Choice Award, according to a press release.
PTEN’s People’s Choice Awards are voted on by PTEN readers, following the magazine's Innovation Awards that were held earlier this summer.
Alongside earning an Innovation Award, Hunter’s Ultimate ADAS won a People’s Choice Award in the ADAS category. The product is equipped with gimbal-mounted lasers to substitute strings, plumb bobs, and tape measures to increase accuracy and reduce setup time.
Hunter’s AutoComp Elite Brake Lathe with HunterNet 2 Connectivity won another award in the brake service category. This product combines a preexisting product, the AutoComp Elite on-car brake lathe, with the HunterNet 2 platform, a free customer portal.
In the lifts, jacks, and stands category, Hunter’s RX14KL and RX16KL Scissor Alignment Lifts were voted as the winner. This product is a new, longer variation of Hunter’s RX14 and RX16 scissor alignment racks, bringing the ability to accommodate up to 195-inch two-wheel wheelbases.
This follows Hunter Engineering’s wins in the People’s Choice Awards just last year, which saw two of its products win awards; one of which having been its integration of HunterNet 2 connectivity to its BL Series of bench lathes with tablets.
