AACF Chair of Recipient Review Committee Retires

Chuck McCourt, chair of the Recipient Review Committee for the Automotive Aftermarket Charitable Foundation, has announced his retirement.

Chuck McCourt, chair of the Recipient Review Committee for the Automotive Aftermarket Charitable Foundation, has announced his retirement from his role in a recent press release.

McCourt has been involved with the aftermarket industry for over 50 years, serving as president of McCourt Marketing Group alongside his role within the Board and Executive Committee.

Taking McCourt’s place as ​​chair of the Recipient Review Committee will be David Young, vice president and general manager North America DIFM of Valvoline Global Operations.

In addition, Marc Blackman, board trustee and CEO of Gold Eagle Co., will be joining AACF’s Executive Committee.

“We thank David and Marc for stepping up, and we are confident that their leadership will carry on the tradition of excellence Chuck established,” stated AACF’s recently-appointed Executive Director John Kairys.
