Shop-Ware has collaborated with Amazing 7 LLC to help quickly and easily access customer info when receiving a phone call, according to a news release.
The direct telephone integration provides on-screen notifications when a customer calls the store on the phone, using the number on file to identify relevant information, such as the customer’s name, current repair status, returning customer inquiries, and lifetime value.
In the case that an unidentified number is calling, such as new customers or solicitors, staff members will also be made aware of this through in-app notifications they will receive.
The feature is available for all Shop-Ware customers that are enrolled with A7.
“Imagine when the phone rings and the customer record is presented in front of your service advisor with the knowledge of the customer being a first time, second time or long term customer,” said Amazing 7 LLC Owner Aimee Morley. “This is going to make the service advisors look like superstars to the customer.”
