Fisher Auto Parts has acquired a 217,000 sq. ft. distribution center in Chicopee, Massachusetts.
The new facility, equipped with 32 loading docks includes state-of-the-art logistical and material handling technology, picking modules, conveyor systems, warehouse management software, and expedited will-call and local delivery services.
The Chicopee location will service up to 150 stores and facilitate further store expansion in Connecticut, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

Fisher Auto Parts, a member of the Automotive Parts Services Group and Federated Auto Parts, operates 500 company-owned locations and approximately 100 independent jobbers across 19 states.
