Dec. 7, 2020—Global automotive parts company First Brands Group has officially acquired CentricParts, a leading manufacturer and supplier of replacement brake components, according to a press release.
With the acquisition, First Brand Group's portfolio of nine market-leading brands includes Raybestos brake solutions, FRAM filtration products, and StrongArm lift supports, will expand to include the Centric, C-TEK, Posi Quiet, and StopTech labels.
