Jan. 13, 2021—A $117,000 donation from VIP Tires and Service will help grant 16 wishes through the New England Make-a-Wish Foundation.
The network of 62 shop locations raised money, which was matched by VIP's board chairman John Quirk, according to a press release. The company presented the gift on Jan. 11.
“I don’t know one person that didn’t face some sort of challenge in 2020, but we know that some are struggling more than others. VIP wants to do everything we can to help alleviate some of these struggles and give joy as we head into a New Year,” said VIP CEO Tim Winkeler in the release.
