April 12, 2013—Raybestos chassis parts, a member of the Affinia family of brands, recently added an e-learning training module to help technicians enhance their installation and service skills, when assessing chassis repairs and addressing customer concerns.
The module is part of Raybestos Advanced Certified Education (ACE) program, which provides educational opportunities for technicians and service writers who sell Raybestos chassis products.
The module helps technicians identify and resolve undercar problems more effectively, present and sell appropriate parts and service, as well as reduce comebacks, to name a few features.
The e-training takes around 25 minutes to complete and is followed by a quiz to ensure the technician understands the concepts taught during the training.
The module can be viewed free of charge at www.raybestoschassis.com.
