April 23, 2014—Kukui Corporation has launched a postcard program to help clients improve customer retention, the marketing software company announced on Tuesday.
Kukui said the feature is fully integrated into the company’s Success Platform and enables repair shop owners to easily design custom-branded postcards, featuring photos of their shops and tailored to customers.
“Direct mail as a marketing tool has made a huge comeback,” said Todd Westerlund, president and CEO of Kukui. “This is the one piece of the platform that was missing and the one that allows us to offer clients a comprehensive marketing package.”
