Oct. 4, 2016—The Automotive Service Association (ASA) recently held a webinar and announced that Bosch Automotive Aftermarket NA has joined as a corporate member.
The webinar was held on Sept. 27 and discussed periodic motor vehicle safety inspection (PMVI) programs and new safety technologies. During the webinar, participants heard from:
- Doug Campbell, president, Automotive Safety Council, a leading organization in automotive public safety education and standards development
- Representative Madeleine Dean (PA-153), sponsor of PA House Bill 2297, a bill to tie recall notifications to safety inspections
- Taylor Hill, independent shop manager, vehicle inspection specialist

ASA announced that Bosch would be joining as a corporate member on Monday.
