Aug. 24, 2015—U.S. AutoForce announced on Thursday the acquisition of Southern Dale Automotive (SDA), effective Aug. 10.
U.S. AutoForce plans to operate SDA’s four distribution warehouses located in Miami, Tampa Bay, Orlando and Pompano Beach, Florida.
“We are excited to be entering the Florida market with this acquisition. We will provide SDA’s customers with what we do best – exceptional customer service, efficient distribution networks, a unique set of dealer-focused marketing tools and a broader product offering,” said Pat Hieptas, vice president of U.S. AutoForce.
With this latest Forida acquisition, U.S. AutoForce now has 31 warehouse locations in 20 states.
