Dec. 13, 2013—The Automotive Service Association (ASA) announced Thursday that it will hold its annual business meeting on March 6 at the Sheraton Overland Park in Overland Park, Kan.
The meeting coincides with the Vision Expo, an annual education and trade show event hosted by the ASA’s affiliated association, the ASA-Midwest.
“ASA and its board of directors are strongly committed to supporting our affiliated associations,” said ASA executive director Dan Risley. “Moving our annual meeting to coincide with ASA-Midwest’s Vision Expo exemplifies our strong desire to work together.”
The agenda will include an open meeting of the ASA board of directors, and ASA’s 2014 board will be announced. Risley will conduct a swearing-in ceremony for the new board members, who officially begin their terms at the close of the meeting.
The official registration form for the meeting will be available soon on the ASA website. There is no registration fee.
